The University of the Incarnate Word (UIW) provides the academic oversight and issues credits for the ESC programs. 15 credits can be earned through UIW for the semester program and 6 credits for each summer term.

About the university

Founded in 1881 by the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word, UIW provides a high quality education to students pursuing academic degrees in more than 40 of today’s high in-demand undergraduate programs.

With over 7,000 students UIW is the largest Catholic university in the state of Texas, and the fourth largest private institution in Texas.
