2020 Summer Programs will be held at the European Study Center (ESC) in Strasbourg, France

July 11 - August 7

What's included

• Tuition for two courses per session, each suggested for 3 US credits (= 6 US semester credits)
• Official transcripts from the University of the Incarnate Word and the SRH University Heidelberg
• Accommodations at the ESC Heidelberg in twin rooms with shared bathrooms and cooking facilities. (Single rooms or rooms with private bathrooms are available upon request for an additional fee)
• Transportation from/to Frankfurt International Airport (FRA) for those who arrive/depart on the assigned dates
• Transportation for included cultural activities
• Numerous field trips and cultural activities
• Welcome and farewell dinners and occasionally a meal as part of a cultural activity
• Professional on-site support from study center staff
• Extensive orientation
• Free use of wi-fi, laundry, and facilities at the ESC Heidelberg
• Cell phone use (optional, students must pay for minutes they use)

Not included in the program fee: International airfare, insurance, visa/passport expenses (if necessary), additional meals, beverages, and misc. personal costs.

Cultural Program

In addition to your classes, you will tak part in many cultural and professional excursions throughout the term, for example:
• Tour of Heidelberg and entrance to the Heidelberg Castle
• Day excursion to Frankfurt
• Day excursion to Speyer
• Day excursion to Worms
• Professional visits to companies such as Audi or Mercedes
